Learn about the Search feature to find Records faster

The Search feature allows you to find Records quickly even there are thousands of Records in the Table. It helps you to focus on the task at hand.

Initially all Records in Table are shown. You can find specific Records by entering search terms into the search fields in the Column header.

The example screenshot above shows only the Records that contain the string "Sma" in the Category Column and therefore only shows Records of category Smartphone.

Note: The matching search term is highlighted in the content.

Tip: The search is case-insensitive and matches, if the term is contained in the Record.

You can search for terms in multiple Columns at the same time.

Tip: If you are frequently searching for the same terms, then you can save them as a Filter and apply it with just one click. Filters will be available for everyone with access to the Table.
